Teacher did not deliver quality work, it was a bunch of mumbo jumbo that did not amount to anything readable that made sense. I asked her to fix it by 9pm and she turns right around and says "when is it due?" Can't follow instructions and does not have good writing skills at all I am asking for a refund if the paper is not fixed by 9pm

I posted this assignment May 1st around 1:00AM. Ann Harris promised that she would have it back to me in 12 hours which she did. However, once I paid the final payment and reviewed my assignment it was only a paragraph. I felt as if I was informative on what needed to be done with the assignment. I kept asking her did she understand what I was saying and she stated that she did. I paid 20.00 for a paragraph. She never logs on to check her messages. Her communication is poor.
