Reyes Fitness Centers Inc.(RFC) is a growing mid-sized company which is located in the United States. This organization major in the activities that are related to fitness club industry. This presentation therefore aims at discussing SWOT analysis of the current situation, proposing the three recommendations for the changing current HR domains, describing if the recommendations add value to the areas of the people, performance, information and the workflow; giving a description on how to institutionalize the best practices in the recommended areas; and designing the effective So That Statement for the HR function.

Summary of the SWOT analysis
Strengths: the organization consider placing itself in position for acquisition by the major firms. There is also regular senior management which ensure safety and security of the firm
There are certified staffs, trained with strong academic credentials to support.
There are strategic leaders under the headship of CEO and the HR director (Lori).
There is good working rapports between the employees and the senior management which is important in labor relations.
There are business experts headed by the CEO
There is strength in risk management, security, and safety. For example due to the expected market saturation, the company is considering placing itself in position for acquisition by a major company. There are regular senior management visits to ensure each center is safe and secure. With regard to talent acquisition, most of its staff are certified, trained with strong academic credentials to support. This organization have strategic leaders with the CEO heading this strategic team of leaders including HR director (Lori). In terms of the employee labor relations, employee and senior management display good working rapports. There is a business experts which is being headed by CEO

This firm has the opportunity of cutting niche within the market instead of focusing on the body building competition.
Demand for the health and fitness in U.S
No creative innovation and solutions, and there is use of theoretical and the conceptual frameworks.
There is no activists to champion for the organizational objectives
There is room for the HR to develop further and offer innovative HR solutions in the business function. The CEO heads a team of business experts. The company is in a position to cut its niche in the market as ideal for families and couples rather than focus on body-building like its competitors. There is an increasing concern on the population regarding the health and fitness therefore this is beneficial to the company’s bottom line and ultimately to the employees. No significant creative innovations and solutions and the HR department utilizes already existing Human Resource Theoretical and conceptual frameworks. No significant activists within the company to champion the company’s objectives

Proposed Recommendation
Employment of the outside activist within the organization
Institution of clear innovations and solution to the challenges
To create ne HR theoretical and conceptual frameworks.
The first recommendation is to have an outside activists who understands the strategies set by the organization. Second recommendation is to have clear current and future innovation and solution towards the challenges that the organization faces. Third recommendation is to come up with or to invent new Human Resource Theoretical and conceptual frameworks.

There would be identification of the weakness of the top management and the employee through the recruitment of the external activist. This will be important in meeting the strategic goals set by the HR department.
More and suitable innovative and solutions would be identified.
There would be introduction of the new and suitable frameworks rather than relying on the ineffective old frameworks of the resource management.
Due to lack of significant activists, several workers are even unclear on key strategic objectives of the company and their roles in it. With the presence of the external activists, the weakness of the employees as well as the management would be identified to reach some solution towards meeting the strategic objectives of the organization. The activist would help the management in identifying the possible significant creative innovations and solutions towards the challenges they face. Usually, one solution fails to the key issue, a new strategy has to be adopted. The human resource department would be able to come up with new theoretical and the conceptual frameworks rather than relying on unsuitable and outdated frameworks. The newly invented framework would be helpful in helping the organization to build its strengths, find more opportunities and reduced the weaknesses.

New HR frameworks so that they can be an establishment of the stronger proponents in HR and organizational technology.
Recruitment of the external activist in the organization so that there are credible activities by both the employees and the management.
There is a need for creative innovations and solutions so that the HR becomes the innovators and integrators
There is a need to have new frameworks for the establishment of the strong proponents in the HR as well as the technology of the organization. Activist are also needed to ensure credible activities. Creative innovation and the solutions would help HR in becoming the integrators and the innovators.

Justification for the Recommendations
Improvement in the activities by the HR
New technologies leads to the growth of the firm
There would be an integration of the new ideas into the operations of the organization
Employees would become aware of their duties and being knowledgeable concerning the strategic objectives of the firm.
When there is new human resource and conceptual framework, there would be an improvement in the activities by HR and the invention of the new technologies that are important for the growth of the firm. Being creative and having innovative ideas would help the human resource of this firm to integrate it into the operation of the firm thus making it to be successful. Presence of the activist ensure that there is credible activities and the employees would be aware of the key strategic objectives of the company and their roles in it.

RFC is used as the center for fitness for the families
This is due to the growing demand in the market.
Due to the challenges faced in retaining its members, customer service as identified, the HR has to ensure that the staff of the organization participates in the member-retention process.
HR ensure that all workers have good customer-serving skills and contribute towards this objective.
There is a growing market niche for fitness and health by the families. This organization faces a lot of challenges. HR must ensure that workers participates in the retention of the members. HR must ensure that employees have customer serving skills towards achieving the strategic objective of the firm
