Uber
Uber is a company found in the United States especially in California and it operates in 633 different cities in the entire world to offer services like the transportation of the Uber car. It is again used in the marketing of the Uber cars and in the delivery of different foods through mobile apps. The foods are displayed in various ways which ends up attracting the attention of the viewers. Uber drivers make use of their cars while some other drivers rent cars so as to drive with Uber. The services offered by Uber vary from one city to another depending on a number of factors which might hinder the normal prices of the company. Not all the services are offered to all cities since some cities have people of high social classes while others have people of low social classes. For the people of high social classes, UberPOOl is the most appropriate services level for the people. To the people requiring a private ride to different places, UberX is used so as to provide privacy to the people in their transport.
The company uses the media intervention for public relations to ensure that all its services reach a large number of people. The media resources used by Uber are Facebook and Twitter to ensure that different people become aware of the company. Through the social media used, a large group of people can be accessed within a short period of time. When the people access the services offered by the company, a customer care is assigned a duty to give the enquiries about the nature of the services they provide. I play a managerial role in the organization whereby I ensure that all the organization’s activities are running smoothly with no wastage of time by the employees. I again implement various changes in the organization using the leadership skills so as to motivate the other employees.
