Raytheon Company is a technology based organization which innovates in the specializing in the defense sector as it basically provides cyber security solutions. The company provides a state of the art electronics as its mission is to integrate systems. It is again associated with the provision of the intelligence and hence giving out effects and the support for the organization’s missions. The company is known for its efforts in the provision of system integrated mission with the aim of solving the critical defense and non defense challenges within a certain given area.

Raytheon Company is an industrial corporation formed to purposely manufacture weapons used in the defense activities by the military groups and the commercial electronics. It is the largest known producer of guided missiles in the entire world due to its quality production. So as to ensure that the company’s products are reached by different clients from all over the world, the company uses social media ways to ensure that a large group people are familiar with the products. A set of principles is used by its management to make it possible for the company to carry out its production activities with very minimal challenges as workers are specialized in different fields of productions. The employees must abide to the set rules and regulations for them to remain within the required behaviors which will in a way ensure that products of the company are not misused and stolen. According to this company, all the employees should be cleared before they leave the company’s environs to protect the theft of the delicate products they produce. I am the human resource manager in the company. I train, recruit and help in the careers development of different employees in the company.
