Goals:
1) To reduce the pain of the patient to less than 4 on the scale of 1-10.
2) To reduce the swelling in the ankle of the patient by 2cm.
3) To aid the healing of the tissues through provision of an optimal environment for proper healing and protecting the joint and assisting in creation of optimal metabolic conditions to prevent any setbacks.
4) Restoration of Normal ROM.
