There are several areas of law enforcement where officers may have discretion depending

upon local, state, and federal laws. These include motor vehicle violations, driving under the

influence, drugs, domestic violence, juveniles, and vice crimes. Identify and describe a situation

in each of these six areas for which discretion may be applied.

The requirements for your paper are:
