Introduction
Organizations have many important aspects of consideration before they make the decision of launching a new product. This activity may be significantly beneficial to the organization, or on the centrally it may cause the organization to lose a large sum of money. Aveiro Automotive is among the many organizations that are tasked with the responsibility of deciding whether the organization will benefit with the launch of a new product or it should invest its time and resources with other pressing matters like the advertisement of the already existing products. This memo has its main purpose is to explain the importance of making the decision of implementing the organizational prospects of investing in the establishment of the Marcelo DB vehicle product.
Current situation
The Aero Automotive is an organization that is currently struggling with the significantly high competition from other, well-established products in the market. The competitors of the organization have operated in the automotive market for a long time, an aspect that makes their products more preferred by the organizational customers compared to this organization. This aspect makes it significantly important for the organization to enhance effectiveness. The first main aspect of consideration is the need to ensure that all other individuals should remain effective and capable in their operations. Aveiro organization, therefore, requires establishing strategies through which it will manage to penetrate the market and convince customers that its products are much better compared to those of the competitors (Robertson, Callinan, & Bartram, 2002).
For all organizations, the aspects of increasing their capabilities and abilities involve the provision of high-quality products at low prices and then informing the customers about this aspect. It is such strategies that the organization should, therefore, be currently establishing, in order to avoid being less competitive compared to the other organization. Currently, Aveiro automotive has made significant progress since its establishment. To begin with, the organization managed to improve its operations and increase its competitiveness through the other brands of products that it offers in the market. Despite this reason, however, it is clear that the organization is yet to achieve its set goals and targets, which includes being the leading organization in the industry. In order to achieve this and the rest of the goals that the organization has, the first major aspect that the organization seek to involve in is to establish a means through which it can manage to increase its competitiveness, win the trust and loyalty of customers and thus become the organization that is making the most sales in the industry.
Options that the organization has for improvement
A number of strategies would manage to help the organization achieve the goals that it has. From the current situation of the organization, it is clear that it cannot compete with other organization on the basis of aspects like brand name, revenue and the competitive advantage of bulk production of products. These aspects are significantly difficult because unlike these other organizations, Aveiro Automotive is a new organization in the industry and thus it has not yet gained the trust and loyalty of both customers and investors. It has also not managed to gain a reputable organizational image. This aspect makes the organization less effective in its operations and less capable of investing and improving its operations. The other important aspect of consideration is low revenue which prevents the organization from making a lot of investments.
With the establishment of the right operational strategies, however, the organization can manage to improve its position within the market, move closer towards the accomplishment of the goals and targets that it has and generally solve the majority of its current operational problems. To achieve these goals and targets, the organization has a number of options, which if utilized, can offer significant assistance in its improvement. The first option is investing in the activities of advertising for the products that it is currently offering to the market. This option would help the organization to increase the popularity of the products and services that it offers. The option is also likely to make a significant increase in the number of sales that the organization offers and at the same time help in easy penetration of the markets within which the organization operates. This is because, without a proper understanding of the products that an organization offers and the understanding of the different ways through which these products can benefit them, it is extremely difficult for customers to consider making sales of a product. Through advertisements, however, customers are informed of the existence of products and provided with the explanation of how the product is likely to satisfy their needs (Worley, Porras, & Lawler, 2013).
The other option that the organization has is to invest its time and resources looking for investors. Investors are among the most important stakeholders of an organization. They provide the organization with revenue, which it utilized to increase its effectiveness and competitiveness within the market. With sufficient revenue, an organization is able to make significant improvement and attains the ability to compete with the other, already improved organizations. An organization that has the ability to invest in any project that is viewed and understood as important is an organization that has the needed power to establish effectiveness within its operations.
The third option that the organization has is the option of launching a new product and utilize it to appeal to the market. The new product in this case is the already well explained Marcelo DB vehicle, which has the capability to be viewed as the most appropriate product that will be offered at the price that the organization has the capability of offering it. this product and the activity of launching it is an important aspect of consideration because, to begin with, the organization will manage to enter the market with a new high quality and lowly priced product which is likely to be preferred by many individuals. With such a product, the organization is likely to manage establishing a good image to both the customers that it targets and investors. The product is likely to appeal to a large number of individual and thus the organization will benefit from a number of willing investors and customers that can easily be loyal. The development of this product will therefore make it extremely easy for the organization to achieve these other options. The organization will for example manage to convince customers to purchase its products through marketing easily, since the customers will attain the understanding of the importance of the product and the benefits that it has for them. Investors, on the other hand are also likely to voluntarily seek to invest in the organization because they are aware that by having an organization that produces products of such high quality, the organization is likely to benefit and thus they will simply attain the return on their investment easily (Baker, & Sinkula, 2015).
Why the launch of the project is the best option
With this understanding, therefore, comparing the three main options that the organization has, that can help in establishing improvement, the launching of the Marcelo DB vehicle is the best option that the organization has. Utilizing this option will help the organization manage to maintain highly effective operation and improve its position within the market. Although these other options will be required later, for marketing the products and investors to help reinforce the organizational projects in future, launching the new model vehicle first will help to achieve them easily. Marketing a high quality product that is of a fair price is a simple activity and thus the organization will not require to invest much more compared to the activity of marketing products that are doubted by customers. The organization will also attain certainty that any customer who manage to make purchases of the product in question is not in any way likely to feel disappointed by the product and thus, later, the individual is likely to increase his or her effectiveness (Solomon, 2014).
What is required from the organization for the launching of the product.
A number of requirements are necessary for the organization to manage achieving the needed aspects. To begin with, the organization will require to invest its time and resources for the development of the product. The product has quality as its main strength and thus it will have the need of the highest quality products for its establishment and assembly. The organization will then need to invest in a specific marketing program where the vehicle will be advertised in the market, in order to inform the customers about its existence and the significant benefits that they will obtain by using it. Effective management is also an essential requirement for the process of launching this product.
Conclusion
The effectiveness of an organization is an important aspect that all organizations seek to achieve, and one that can be obtained through the utilization of different methods and plans. The first important aspect of consideration is the different options that the organization can utilize to achieve this effectiveness. In this case, the organization is likely to attain significant success by taking the option of launching the new product over these other options, since, through it, it will achieve these other options easily.
