Well, our today’s meeting is to briefly review on the best hardware and software solutions for a decision which could be a business. By looking at this, we intend to boost the reliability and performance and further provide only the best products needed by someone and build their confidence in this.
When choosing hardware devices for an organization, we must most focus on the impact it will have on the production quality and quantity and most important the amount of money it will cost because of as much as computers reduce the amount of work done manually it could as well inconvenience an organization in case the hardware parts are faulty. An organization should also consider the amount of power consumption by their devices, the functionality of their products on different platforms which automatically defines the market demand for this product.The available solutions for these could be; using of more efficient chips, reducing the number of servers required to run applications and building data centers that will work well with hydroelectricity. This will have helped cut on costs by saving on money needed for payment of electricity that will allow the system devices run.
On system unit components, these are computer components that are used for data processing, here we have to consider the speed which could mean getting a Pentium processor which is so far the best in the market for manipulation of data into information. As a result of this, a lot of heat could be dissipated which can be managed by using cooling fans or by use of thermal management cooling system. Also, avoid overheating your computer and keep it in a dust free place.
For productivity software, every organization targets to have a system with maximum productivity and this eventually means there is improved efficiency which makes it easy to manage IT and make smart decisions.
In summary, integrate the productivity software into the working system, invest on hardware that is well compatible with all the other devices in the system components ensure regular maintenance for effectiveness.

Recommended type of computers.
The main audience here are students and business people in IT; students have to learn this to be informed while those in business see it necessary in case they will need to change or add anything to their existing system for effectiveness and or improved productivity. What we expect should be a practical part and analyzing the outcome of this against the initial functionality of systems.
They are now aware of what look for in a hardware device as well as in software and can easily make a good choice when it comes to system requirements.
Computer components each work so differently but the expected result by the whole system is one that’s why a system is always integrated that is both software and hardware working together to achieve a common objective.
The recommended computers would be Apple iMac, Acer Revo Build, HP Pavilion. These are the fastest computers now with less cabling ranked as the best over time.

Hardware devices form a major part of a computer system. Hardware serves as an interface between the computer software and the end user. Hardware devices serve in inputting of data, and others serve for the output of information which are the main functions of a computer. On choosing hardware devices, we should choose on those that have large memory space, expandability, cost effective and can be upgraded. This will work well for both business or a personal computer system.
The hardware devices perform input, output, communication and storage functions in a computer system. The input devices are those devices that send data and instructions to the computer. These are a mouse which is a pointing device that allows the user to execute commands on the screen of a computer. A keyboard for inputting data and instructions into a computer. Others include the digital camera, barcode reader, and voice recognition microphone.
Output devices are those devices that are going to relay the information to the user. These are monitors, printers, and speakers. Both input and output devices use natural way of expression to communicate. Communication devices are those that can transmit either an analog or digital signal to the computer to allow for communication; they include Ethernet cables, modem, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi devices. Storage devices are those that will store data, instructions, and information. They could be primary that is RAM and cache memory which are smaller in size and hold temporary data or secondary which is the hard disk, USB and Compact disk drive that are larger in size and store permanent data.

Utilities
System software gives functionality to the hardware devices as well as the user application programs, generally acting as an interface. Select the software that is easily portable on other devices and can work well on other platforms. System unit components are all the devices enclosed in a system together with the peripherals. A system unit encloses all the other parts of computer components or parts, as a way of protecting the sensitive parts and it can also allow for upgrade and expansion. The system unit components are the motherboard, which has the expansion slots, the main memory and the central processing unit with a fan on top.It also has the disk drive and the power supply at the back.
System software is normally a connection or interface between the user and the computer hardware and includes the operating system.
Operating System is a program that manages all the other programs in a computer and is normally initiated by a boot program.Example, Windows operating system, and Ubuntu..Utilities are other features that are used to help maintain a computer or to help optimize or even configure a computer; they include disk cleaners and checkers, anti-virus and backup and recovery features.

Productivity Software
This is a program used to produce some information such as graphs, charts, worksheets and databases. This program is best suitable for businesses and offices. Microsoft has dominated on this.

Application software is specifically designed for computer end users; these are programs like Microsoft office, android apps, Excel and are only defined as a minimum which means it's operational in a normal state or recommended which means it will work best in that specific state.Application software requirements are the resources that will be required when a certain program will be running. These are things like the processing power, the peripherals, and the memory.
Software components mainly include the operating system, which controls the running of all the other programs in a computer, device drivers will help the operating system to perform its tasks and application programs help the computer perform specific tasks.

Internet connectivity and web services are the access to the internet through a wide range of technologies. Web services provide faster ways of research both by business organizations and individuals, faster browsing, cloud storage and computing. When choosing on these devices consider the internet speed and available expansion slots on the peripherals.
Connectivity is the ability to connect to the internet using computer terminals or mobile devices, the major components in a network connectivity are the servers, the clients, local operating systems, shared data, modems, computer firewalls, the network hub and the network switch. If an organization can access the internet, then it can easily keep up with the connectivity its devices.
ISP, the Internet service provider, provides the companies and individuals with the service of accessing the internet, domain name registration and other related services such as web development.
Web services are programs that have a standard way of data integration over the internet and web based applications using XML format. Unlike the client/server models, this one on web services don't provide a Graphical user interface, that is an interface that allows users to interact with the devices.
The major components in a web service are the Simple Access Object Protocol, Web Services Description Language and Universal Description Discovery and Integration.

We have briefly described on the hardware and software solutions for a decision, its time to justify why I think this is best as follows

Service Intergration
For cost effectiveness, we have aimed to reduce on the regular purchase of computers and their spare parts as well as saving on amounts that would otherwise be used for regular maintenance.
By using systems that use hydro electricity, we save on electricity costs with a big margin.
Functional effectiveness means more programs can be run at the same time and more output efficiency will have been realized.
Service integration is another outcome, many services such as those in web services can be all processed say internet browsing and web page development and web hosting.
