discussion 1.2 and 2
There are various indicators of whether the present strategy in a business is working. The first indicator is whether the company is able to achieve its stated financial and strategic objectives. If the company is able to achieve its financial objectives then the strategy is working (Grant, 2016). The second way is to determine whether a company’s performance is above the industrial average. This is by establishing the performance of other companies and making a comparison of performance (Grant, 2016). The other measure is to determine whether the business is gaining customers and increasing its market share. A growing customer base and market share indicates that the business is meeting its strategy (Grant, 2016).
