Every successful job needs communication skills. Why should I be hired is the basic question of every job. Here I will answer for it. Communication skills are the core of every business, employees and management. According to the requirements for the job and tasks to be performed on the job, I have much similar skills. I have a experience in content writing, report writing and documentation. By hiring me, Prof. Kanost will stay smarter and easy because I will perform my duties efficiently. I have good interpersonal communication skills, verbal and non-verbal skills as well. I have written several reports during my academic career. I also did research with distinction. Here are the further details of my skills: Comment by Beazley Kanost: This is useful, convincing information. Comment by Beazley Kanost: These are effectively specific. Your reader will now look below to see how you explain them in more detail, in convincing ways.

     1. Educational Background: I have Software Engineering degree with good grades. I am well aware of the technical writing skills. I can utilize it for your organization. During course work I have written reports for writing classes. I also did research reports during studies. I do have significant achievement in writing class during my higher secondary education. In class rhetorical analysis on a project I have distinction. Comment by Beazley Kanost: effective formatting. Using even more white space, headings, and lists would make your memo report even easier to read quickly. Comment by Beazley Kanost: effectively specific Comment by Beazley Kanost: Why should your reader believe this? Your GPA would be more specific and convincing. Comment by Beazley Kanost: It would be more convincing to say that you have this skills. Comment by Beazley Kanost: In this section you list things you have done and kinds of knowledge you have. How might you use a bullet-point list to more effectively present this information, so your reader can see it quickly?

Comment by Beazley Kanost: effective specific evidence Comment by Beazley Kanost: This is nice but it would be more convincing if you told her things you did to lead the group to complete the project well. This would be convincing because it would show what you understand about leading a project. Comment by Beazley Kanost: effective specifics

I also have good computer skills (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) because I have background in Software Engineering. I have good command in writing software. I can also use modern style writing software such as Prezi. While during our team work I performed well in situation handling. I adopt new things quickly and can learn them in short duration that’s why I can perform well in any situation and communicate the as well. Comment by Beazley Kanost: Don’t just drop these things in parentheses; instead, say you have extensive experience using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Comment by Beazley Kanost: effective evidence Comment by Beazley Kanost: good point—explain how you did this. Does the next sentence do that? If so, then say something like this: “I performed well in situation handling by adopting new things quickly…” Your reader will be convinced if you show your knowledge through your explanations of the evidence you give. Comment by Beazley Kanost: Doesn’t “adopt new things quickly” mean the same thing as “learn them in short duration”? Why say the same thing two ways? Comment by Beazley Kanost: In this sentence, you give a two independent clauses/sentences. The first one ends with “…in short duration,” so you need some punctuation there. Comment by Beazley Kanost: Comment by Beazley Kanost: You give effective evidence here, but could make it more effective by organizing and explaining it more fully and clearly.

I am confident that my skills, knowledge and experience will be very productive for your organization. It is opportunity for you to hire me and receive full benefits from my skills and talent.
