Prepare an assessment of the impact of these major organizational changes on the corporate team at BBBSA from a leader-member exchange perspective, factoring in the ideas of followership and team leadership. Imagine yourself as the new CEO of the organization. Discuss how the variables of follower trust, leader integrity, and job security currently affect the leader-member exchange and team performance.
