Group Assignment- Practical Application Project 1

REQUIREMENTS:

For the Signed, Sealed, Delivered case study supplied in assignment 1, produce a professionally formatted document to include the following:

 A project plan showing timescales and milestones

 A proposed budget

 Estimated Project Costs and Benefits

 A Project Risk Analysis

 A PERT/CPM chart, identifying the project Critical Path

Submission Requirements

Your report will be presented to your project sponsor in the format of a structured walkthrough of 15 minutes duration. Each member of your team must participate in the walkthrough and the presentation time should be divided equally between all members.

You must upload a softcopy of your group report to blackboard and bring a hard copy of your report to the walkthrough so you can ‘walkthrough’ it with your project sponsor (tutor). Please make sure you arrive on time for your allocated walkthrough slot to avoid impacting the running order and other groups. Failure to do so will involve penalty marks being deducted for lateness.

Failure to attend your allocated time slot will result in a mark of ZERO being awarded unless prior arrangements have been made with the tutor

In order to receive a mark for the assessment, a student MUST attend the walkthrough presentation. The presentation and team mark may be reduced if a student does not participate appropriately. The reduction is at the discretion of the lecturer/tutor.
