Human trafficking

Human trafficking involves the illegal trading of human beings who are forced to serve various purposes such as sex working. Most of the victims of human trafficking are kept in places or compelled to do certain things against their will. Being that human trafficking is on the rise each day, certain projects or measures must be put in place to ensure that victims of human trafficking are helped and integrated into the society. Our main focus will be on human trafficking in Dallas, Texas.

Texas is a major human trafficking hotspot with people being smuggled through the country to America. This is due to its proximity to the U.S. The primary goal of this project is to help victims of human trafficking in Dallas, Texas by coordinating the delivery of social and spiritual services through the building of churches, ensuring that victims get access to religious information and go through different stages of therapy.

Human trafficking awareness needs to be given priority. This can be through the creation of forums that incorporates various volunteers together with the religious community in different regions where human trafficking is rampant (“15 ways you can help fight human trafficking”, 2017). Such awareness can be supported through organizations of fundraisers which can help support organizations involved in the anti-trafficking campaign.

Non-governmental institutions and governments supporting anti-trafficking campaigns should ensure that victims get access to employment. This will ensure that victims can get back to their feet in no time as opposed to when they are left on their own with no source of funds to help them start new lives.

Human trafficking is a threat to humanity and needs to be eliminated at all costs. The measures mentioned above are just but a few measures to help victims of human trafficking. Such measures will ensure their transitioning back into the society much more welcoming than when left to deal with the aftermaths of their ordeals by themselves.

Introduction

The Dongxiang people are a social affair of people that live in the Gansu territory of China. This social request is known for their capacity in developing. The top items that they convey are wheat and potatoes.

The recorded scenery of the Dongxiang people takes care of business back to Genghis Khan. The Dongxiang people don't talk any regular vernacular that is talked in China.

The tongue that is closest to theirs is Mongolian. Since they don't have a run of the mill tongue not a lot of them can read or make.

Rationale

I consider these people since they can't read or create suggesting that it is uncommonly troublesome for them to learn.

Islam is the official religion of the Dongxiang people yet they can't read the book that they place stock in with most of their life.

I think a social affair of people should go to the Gansu Province of China and start a school for the Dongxiang people.

If we could start teaching the children how to scrutinize and make we could exhibit their lifestyle and moreover demonstrate them about Christianity.

At this moment there are no Christians in the Dongxiang people. This is to some degree in light of the path that there are no pastors there, yet I furthermore believe it is a result of the way that they aren't prepared to scrutinize the Bible.

If Christians could go into their lifestyle and start a school so the all inclusive community could start to scrutinize and form it would drive their lifestyle forward and besides be a mind blowing opportunity to bestow the Gospel to them.

Regional Relevance

One of the principle issues that we would likely face when beginning a school for the Dongxiang individuals is that there are so a large portion of them in the district that they live in.

There are 620,000 of them that live in the Gansu Province so its absolutely impossible that one school would have the capacity to show every one of them.

Indeed, even thought there is know way one gathering could quickly achieve their entire district everyone needs to begin some place, so one school would be an awesome place to begin.

On the off chance that the school was to succeed then the association that began the school could investigate opening more.

Location Relevance

One extraordinary thing about attempting to come to the Dongxiang individuals is that their area is certain. T

he greater part of the Dongxiang individuals live in the Gansu Province so it is anything but difficult to make sense of where the school ought to be assembled.

As indicated by ChinaToday.com the Gansu Province covers 450,000 square km, however the majority of this land is exceptionally unfilled.

The school ought to be assembled some place with a high populace so the achievement rate of it is probably going to be high. Gratefully there are many very populated arias in the Gansu Province that would be perfect for the school

Place Relevance

One vital issue in building a school for the Dongxiang individuals would be that they don't talk a similar dialect that is talked in China.

Since they have their own particular dialect and aren't proficient it will be difficult to make sense of an answer for how to show them to read and write.

Because the Dongxiang's dialect is such a piece of their identity I think its best if someone somehow happened to help make their dialect into a composed frame.

On the off chance that that is not a conceivable assignment the following best thing is show them Mongol. This is the dialect their language is most comparative as well.

Movement Relevance

Getting Christians to the Dongxiang individuals to begin a school will be extremely troublesome.

The primary reason being that the Dongxiang individuals are not agreeable to outsiders, and the second being that Christianity shouldn't be drilled in China as indicated by the Chinese government.

I think a way that we can get the Dongxiang individuals to welcome us is by clarify how in the event that they figure out how to peruse and compose they will have the capacity to profit by pitching their products to different parts of China.

At present the Dongxiang individuals are exceptionally disconnected and have relatively little development outside of the Gansu Provence, yet in the event that they where to begin getting a training I feel that there would be a great deal greater development.

Human-Environment Interaction Relevance

Islam is the religion of the Dongxiang people and there are mosques all over the place.

The site Pra4Hui.com says, Islam is the prevailing religion of the Dongxiang, with one mosque for each 30 homes and one paid Muslim specialist for each of the 18 families.

Clearly in light of the majority of the mosques the scene of the Gansu Province has changed.

Tragically it will be quite a while before a Christian church will ever have the capacity to be inherent the Gansu territory, yet I think beginning with a school assembling so the Dongxiang individuals can begin perusing about their religion for themselves is an awesome place to begin.

Summary

While beginning a school for the Dongxiang individuals will be anything besides simple I think it will likewise be exceptionally satisfying.

The Bible says in Luke 10:2, "He let them know, the gather is ample, however the specialists are few. Solicit the Lord from the reap, in this manner, to convey specialists into his gather field".

This is the main verse in the Bible where God summons us to petition God for a particular thing.

We should appeal to God for God to open up a path for a school to begin in the Gansu Province so the Dongxiang individuals can find out about Jesus.

instructions with example.docx

Following your Module/Week 4 and Module/Week 5 submissions and instructor feedback, you will identify a location as an area for a potential service project and prepare a mission statement as well as develop a strategy to accomplish this mission using the 5 main themes of geography as guides.

The mission statement will be a concise sentence identifying the location and the desired result of services to be performed. For example: The goal of this project is to help the people of Tripoli, Libya by delivering fresh water for drinking and irrigation. The subsequent plan to achieve this mission statement will be based on the 5 main themes/topics of geography and will be at least 3 - 4 pages (not including a title page and/or reference pages towards the minimum page length).

Introduction (Why this is a topic worth exploring/solving)

This service project may be characterized by, but not limited to, business, Christian service, or a military action for the purpose of helping a particular group of people. The service topic you choose may already exist, but the description of the problems and their characterizations in terms of the geographic themes and topics must be your own.

Geographic Theme of Movement as an Example

For example, a strategic plan to achieve the aforementioned mission statement would be: The people in Tripoli face both a shortage of fresh water and food. How would you get these resources to them? By exploring the theme of movement, you see how aspects of transportation may be the key to satisfying the delivery of water. You might want to increase the roads to this area, thereby enabling you to get irrigation equipment and water to this town. Perhaps the topic of agriculture from the text would lead you to explore the idea of creating irrigation for the crops of the area.

Think within the theme of movement. You may observe that by marking road signs in Arabic, one uses language and relative place to mark the roads in a manner consistent with the needs and cultural nuances of this particular area. You will also want to develop the idea of where the trucks will come from to deliver the water. Will the trucks need to come from Europe, thereby necessitating sealift (theme of movement), or can they be created in an urban area nearby (topic of industry and urban geography)?

Conclusion/Summary Paragraph

The logical application of a location’s needs into a concise mission statement and a well-researched and imaginatively explained plan will both demonstrate spatial awareness and the application of Christian principles. Success in this project could constitute one small step in the Great Commission that Christians have been charged with fulfilling.
