The company knows nothing about international human resource management and needs your help! The company designs products and produces them. There are two departments: Product design and manufacturing.

1. Analyze the company environment in each city and based on your analysis decide in which of the two locations to place the product design department, and in which to place the manufacturing department.

2. Define what a suitable organizational culture would look like for our organization

3. Write job advertisements (including salary information) for recruiting a local product designer and a local manufacturing worker.

4. Based on our company culture, how can we select from the pool of applicants those who would fit well with our company and its values?

5. Define SMART goals for our new employee in manufacturing and our new product designer.

6. Assess which (national) cultural differences we would expect when people from the two locations work together.
