3.0 Deliverables

A. Contractor Deliverables

1. The Contractor shall provide a site pickup and delivery service.

2. Documentation

The Contractor shall maintain all installation, testing, and repair documentation for a minimum period of three (3) years after contract expiration and shall make such documents available within ten (10) days from initial request. The Contractor shall create and deliver documentation, to ADC’s Procurement Department. A separate hard copy and electronic report shall be formatted as follows:

3. Indicate the product condition upon initial inspection and findings throughout the installation process.

4. Include all test data (including graphs where requested), a pass/fail status of each test performed, criteria used to determine pass/fail status if not indicated, and equipment used for each test.

5. Include all materials used and components replaced including brand name and part number.

6. Include recommendations, if any, concerning materials, procedures, and testing.

3. Traceability

The Contractor shall provide all numbers and documentation indicating manufacturer and date of development. The Contractor shall not remove OEM nameplate.

1. All receipt, installation, testing and trianing activities shall be performed by the Contractor and may be audited by ADC during pre-award activities. If anything is to be otherwise, the contractor must notify DART and provide the same compliance documentation as specified herein.

2. If the Contractor contracts out the work to a third party and that subcontractor has access and the ability for receipt, installation, testing and trianing; that subcontractor may be audited by ADC.

C. Qualifications of Key Personnel

1. The Contractor shall ensure that all personnel, including testing and Quality Assurance functions shall be of the appropriate skill level.

5.0 Verification

A. ADC reserves the right to inspect any phase that is in the process of being installed or tested after providing a forty-eight (48) hour advance notice.

B. ADC shall perform first article testing for up to thirty (30) days from receipt of the completed product to verify proper operation.

C. Upon request, the Contractor agrees to supply at no cost to ADC samples of the products proposed for testing prior to contract award. Samples will be available and submitted to ADC within five (5) days of request, oral and/or written, by ADC and will be returned at Contractor’s cost only on request from Contractor after testing is complete. Items returned may not be in the same condition as originally sent to and received by ADC. Function test (if required) is verification that the parts meet the manufacturers’ specification and/or performance requirements needed by ADC purposes.
