Each student will submit a personal reflection of the group problem solving process, learning experience, and yourself as a group member.  Reflection papers should include the following:

· Title page

· 3 to 4 full pages of main text 

. Double spaced only (no extra spacing between paragraphs).

. 12 point font (Times New Romans, Arial, or highly similar font)

. 1 inch margins on all sides

. Complete APA 6th ed. guidelines (see https://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/560/01/

· Bibliography of any sources used

The main text should include the following:

Part 1

· Using systems theory, include the following in your paper ( This should constitute at least 1 full page; if you go beyond this, you will not be penalized ): 

. Analyze how your group itself evolved as a system over the course of your problem solving project.

. With regard to the problem for which your group sought to find a solution, how did the study of individual components of your group's problem compare to or differ from your group's analysis of the problem as larger system. 

. With regard to the problem for which your group sought to find a solution, evaluate how system-level thinking helped in your group's decision-making.

Part 2

· Address all of the following questions (at least 2 to 3 full pages; if you go beyond this, you will not be penalized)

. How would you assess your group’s ability to follow the P-MOPS method of problem solving?

. What was the group’s biggest strength?

. What was the group’s biggest weakness?

. What were the advantages of working in a group vs. working individually to address this problem?

. What challenges, obstacles, or conflicts did your group face and how did you overcome them?

. What was the most meaningful outcome of your group project?

. What did you learn about yourself during this group process?

. How might you change your future expectations of or your behavior in group settings based upon this experience?
