1.1 The $2.80 per hour contribution per employee that the Zinnia makes to the fund is not a health care provider; rather, the Fund purchase group insurance on behalf of the participating hotels in the Twin Cities metro area. The 4,000 per employee for single coverage is fully paid by the fund.
