Kierkegaard -Dubbed "the father of existentialism”, philosophical theory or approach that emphasizes the existence of the individual person as a free and responsible agent determining their own development through acts of the will. Accepting who you are and making the best out of it. Cannot begin to grow if you do not know where the start is. “I am the one I am”

Mirandolas) -The best-known philosopher of the Renaissance: his Oration on the Dignity of Man is better known than any other philosophical text of the fifteenth century.  Making yourself into the very best you can be. As public administrators, this is a reality we must accept as a tool of those we serve. Responsible positions require responsible people.

Other religions around the world share similar values on spirituality and values.

The Bible and other religious text often have a metaphorical meaning that can be applied to infinite generations and time lines.
