· Find a controversial rule or policy of a sport organization / league / or team

· Analyze the rule (Use Case Study Model)

· background of the issue/ “REAL” problem / “why / when / where was rule created?”

· decision objective / what was the organization trying to accomplish / central question the rule is addressing(2 points)

· information to support and refute argument / gather all pertinent information (6 points)

· breadth / fairness / point of view

· beware of opinions vs. facts
