Following the proposal you addressed to Mr. Brad, I noted your difficulty in integrating your data professionally. Since you have a great idea on integrating the Computer Aided Drafting with fatigue analysis drafting, which is perceived to be of significance, I would wish that you reconsider rewriting you need to create a more precise and well organized proposal that we can forward to the boss. I have therefore indicated the writing process that you need to consider as you draft your final document. Please follow these steps in creating another proposal.
Planning and researching
Kindly Take time to conceptualize your ideas and find other information sources in relation to your research that will help broaden your understanding. It is important that you take time to think through what you would wish your outcome to be consider your purpose, your audience, and your desired outcome before embarking on the proposal.
Organizing and drafting
The information you will have gathered should now be organized logically to promote easy reader understanding of your subject. in a manner that it translates to an understanding of your whole idea by anyone to read the proposal after which you will prepare a first draft When you have created some kind of outline of your ideas and information, begin drafting your proposal using your outline.
Considering style
You need to know that it is a workplace and therefore select the appropriate approach to ensure effective writing.

This is where In this step, you go through your first draft for identification of missing or rather to identify any additional information that may have been left out.
Here you make amends where possible while eliminating the excess data and ensuring preciseness by incorporating the leads from the previous stage.
You have to note that The workplace writing process is extremely different from the academic writing process. The academic writing could be a little easy since most tasks are based on a single topic which makes it easy to tackle assignments in the least possible time. She also needs to tell him that he must submit the proposal to her for review and give him a deadline for submitting to her. She should close by telling Steve that if he has any questions regarding these steps, he can contact her by phone or email, or by stopping by her office. It is her choice.
