Challenges GMC may face when implementing areas for improvement
The main challenge that GMC may face when implementing areas for improvement is the status quo. Therefore, there might be some resistance from the employees to accept the new improvements (Hebb, 2016). Therefore, it would be difficult to break that culture and create a new one (Rileigh, 2016). The second challenge that GMC may face when implementing the areas for improvements would be cost of implementing the new improvement since it would require training of employees and monitoring of the new systems. Furthermore, it may lead to hiring or firing of new staff (Morrow, 2012).
