Where the picture shows how the business man who has multi-government contracts and he used to moderate many plans of Jeddah City municipal is taking over 3 streets and a public park and add them all to his house for 35 years. Jeddah city hall didn’t move a finger! although, many people have signed hundreds of complains against the him but it didn’t work.
