Module Title: Essential Skills for the Project Manager

/td/tr/tbody/table

1. Module Introduction

Most professions, regardless of the sector they work in will come across project work at some point during their career. Succeeding or failing in projects is dependent on the quality of the project manager, team members and the tools and techniques adopted to ensure projects are cost efficient, delivered on time and with a focus on quality.

This module aims to equip students with a range of skills that can be adopted to ensure projects are managed effectively. This will include both technical (hard), and soft skills that can be tailored depending on the size and complexity of the project.
