*Please check the sample of one of my group classmates who is in my group and his part of this check below josh:
*You need to do something similar to that but mine has specific stuff I need you to talk about that I think were most effective and least effective, etc)
should include your personal assessment of your training including addressing the following questions:
a) what was most effective about your training workshop and why? (look at my presentation see what you think I did most effective like : was effective in using my confident body language by looking around the classroom and maintaining good eye contact and giving the class a scenario to engage with them, giving them discussion question that kept them engaged as well, etc be professional when u write this. This is just an example but take a look at what josh wrote (my group classmate) and do something similar, after you have read my presentation with the add notes and then reflect as if its me)
b) what was least effective and why?
d) your thoughtful recommendations for improvement if you were to conduct this or another workshop a second time.
include both each individual team member’s assessment (which is me) as well as a 1-page group (as a group since I did that workshop presentation with my group as a whole) summary.
Here is josh sample you need to read and write something similar for mine:
Josh:
The most effective aspect about my workshop was incorporating my personal examples into my content. By first teaching my content and then linking it to my personal example, the audience was then able to connect my content with mental imagery, making the lesson more effective. Dr Ensher also stated that this was a very strong point in not only my part of the presentation but the overall group presentation.
I would say the least effective aspect was my engagement with the audience. I had the audience engaged during my questionnaires and evaluations forms but during my presentation, I do not think I was engaging enough with my content. I did not walk around enough and make enough eye contact with different parts of the room. I was stuck on one side of the room to comfort myself. By making eye contact with more people in the audience, I believe they feel more inclined to pay attention, therefore, learning the content I am presenting.
I believe that I effectively got everyone in the class to participate in my activity. Everyone filled out both sides and over 75% of the class did respond that they had learned something beneficial that they can use later in their life. I was overall pleased with my aspect of the workshop and believe that a lot of my participants enjoyed my segment as well. However, as stated above, during presentation of my plain content, I believe it was not as effective as it could have been.
If I could improve this workshop again, I would like to use more engaging activities to make learning the content more engaging and entertaining. Personally, I believe hands on learning is the most effective way to learn content. I would have also liked to change the organization of some of the content, to make everything flow more smoothly. However, I was overall satisfied with our presentation, but there are some little errors that we could fix for next time.
