Two sensors X (lead sensor) and Y (rear sensor) are positioned at different locations
3m apart in a bridge to measure vibrations caused by a car as it crosses the bridge.
The signals from both sensors are sampled simultaneously using a sampling interval
of 5ms. For a particular car that crosses the bridge, the output signals from sensor X
[x(t)] and sensor Y [y(t)] are given below.

I. Plot a cross correlation function from the data and hence estimate the speed
of the car as it crosses the bridge.
II. Also, use MATLAB to plot the cross correlation function of the data given in
table 1 and compare your plots in (i) and (ii).
