Training is a challenge that affects the quality of services delivered by the workers. Human resource management and leadership have therefore, been affected negatively which affects the operations of the business.

Survey. This research strategy is commonly used to gather quantitative data but is also very essential in gathering qualitative information through open-ended questions.
Questionnaires will be given to all the parties involved and be required to answer specific questions addressed. The questions will be based on the success and failures of the human resource departments
Since open-ended questions will be asked in the surveys, the management will be able to come up with the proper picture of the human resource current condition. The feedback gotten from the different shareholders will have an impact in making the decision.
