How to obtain sample

The issue of education touches on many people. The students, the teachers, as well as the parents are involved. Therefore, all the stakeholders will be interviewed. However, the questions asked will differ because each person has a different role. The best way to get teachers to come forth and contribute is to get them at their schools. Every person who will be interested in contributing will be invited (Neuman, 2016). It is well known that not all learning institutions have bilingual education programs. Each and every institution has its reasons for doing so. To make sure that diverse information is obtained, the sample will include of people who support the programs and who oppose the programs.

By so doing, it will be easy to understand both parties. The institutions that are pro-bilingual education will be required to state the benefits of the program. At the same time, they will be required to state the challenges of implementing the program. The institutions that do not offer such programs will be asked the reason for not doing so. Parents have different opinions concerning the issue as well. Parents who take their children to schools that support the program will be interviewed. The main reason for doing so is to know the benefits that come along with the program. Parents who do not take their children to schools that have bilingual education programs will also be interviewed so that the can give the reason for not doing so.

Methods used

I will use a qualitative method whereby I will employ two powerful research instruments. The first instrument will be an interview. During an interview, the interviewee and the interviewer will have a session where sharing of information will take place. The interviewer will ask all relevant questions (Neuman, 2016). The session will not be restricting in any way. The interviewee will have the right to answer the question and at the same time give more contributions concerning the matter.

The second instrument will be the use of questionnaires. Questionnaires help in keeping records of the information gathered. The sample will be expected to answer all the questions in the questionnaire and give their opinions. The reason for using the above method and instruments is because I need information that is credible and reliable. Credible information cannot be obtained without giving the sample a chance to give opinions. At the same time, the instruments do not only provide answers to the research questions, but they also help the researcher to see the bigger picture.

How to measure results

The results will be measured based on contributions by the sample. The records of the sample that will be involved in the whole process will be kept (QRCA, 2016). The results will not only be measured using the number of the sample, but the will also be measured using the contribution of the sample as well.

Comparative analysis

Different tests can be used in obtaining the results. However, only the most suitable results are supposed to be employed. Looking at a closed end questioning and a questionnaire, it is easy to note that a questionnaire will provide more credible data. At the same time, an interview will produce more credible information because of the direct conversation between the interviewer and the interviewee. Therefore, an interview and a questionnaire will work perfectly in gathering credible data.
