The change initiative will be to reduce the amount of physical security force for minimum coverage purposes and to implement surveillance system with CCTV monitoring capability. There may be less security personnel at each client that we provide service for, but there will be more additional officer to work at other locations and the new location we acquire by upgrading or security measures. Training will cover each security personnel to know or understand how to use all technical devices and equipment thoroughly. Providing a more authentic observable security service is the results from the change initiative.

The improvement will come in at multiple angles. Money will be save by reducing the amount of paid personnel per location or contract. Productivity will increase due it being able to utilize the technical devices and equipment to gain evidence for court proceedings if any incident, crime, or accident was to occur. Prevention of internal and external thefts will increase which will cause productivity to increase due to a reduction in losses. There will be a visual recording and in real time perspective of all sensitive areas, entry or exit points, and vulnerability sections.
