With the data given one can see a distinct drop in satisfaction and rise in intention to turnover between years 2012 and 2015, which coincides with the hire of the new manager. Cohesiveness has faced little changed over the same time span.

Difference between pay and benefits for those at Austin-
Across the board all departments at San Jose are dropping in job satisfaction, while those at Austin are significantly higher. Employees that are chosen to go to Austin are receiving a pay raise, moving expenses paid by KTI, and sales people have the opportunity to gain 20% premium in commission when selling attached storage units that are only sold from Austin.
