To create charts & graphs
To create a chart (using cells Place cursor at A5→left-click & drag the cursor to
A5-B5) highlight A5-A9→left-click "Insert" (at top of the screen)

To insert a chart title: Place cursor in an open spot on the chart and left-click→left-click on "Design"
at the top of the screen under "Chart Tools"→left-click on "Add Chart Element"
on the far left side of the screen→left-click on "Chart Title"→left-click on "Above
Chart"→place cursor in the "Chart Title" box, left-click and type in the
actual chart title (in this case, "Group Results")
To insert a chart axis title: Place cursor in an open spot on the chart and left-click→left-click on "Design"
at the top of the screen under "Chart Tools"→left-click on "Add Chart Element"
on the far left side of the screen→left-click on "Axis Titles"→select the axis by
left-clicking on either "Primary Horizontal" or "Primary Vertical"and type in the
actual axis title
To reposition a chart axis title: Place the cursor on one of the axis title elements (e.g., "Group 1")→ left-click
on "Format Axis" in the box that appears→ left-click on "Labels" in the large box
that appears and left-click on the preferred Label Position from the drop-down
menu (in this case, "Low")
To change title font: Left-click cursor on "Chart Title"→right-click→left-click on
"Font..."→left-click on down-arrow in Latin Text Font box→
left-click on new font→left-click on OK button
To edit title: Left-click on title→left-click again (to imbed the cursor in
title)→type in changes
To change the fill: Left-click on one of the bars→right-click then left-click on "Format Data Series"
→left-click on the pouring bucket icon→left-click on the "Color" menu arrow→
left-click on black (top box second column)→left-click on "Pattern Fill" and select
a pattern
To copy a graph to Word: Place the cursor inside the graph near the edge and left-click→right-click and
then left-click on "Copy"→open or create the Word file, hit the Enter key once
or twice to move the graph away from the top margin (or the preceding graph
or text)→right-click and then left-click on the first "Paste Options" icon.
