Providing Useful Feedback Activity
Below are several possible findings that could be generated through a needs analysis. But they need to be converted into useable feedback before they can be applied. Read each of the findings and convert them into usable feedback (i.e., clarify findings and offer action plans related to the particular findings). Consult the example below carefully before completing the remainder of the activity. Use as much space as necessary to provide your responses.
EXAMPLE
Qualitative data revealed that numerous employees reported incidents in which they felt they were disciplined excessively when they made mistakes on the job.
