Current News Analysis
Much as with the Personal Situation Analysis, the Current News Analysis is designed to help translate course material to the world of practice. You will write a current news analyses based on a news story or report that appeared in one or more major periodical (e.g., Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, Fortune, US News and World Reports, etcetera). You will describe the article and apply course concepts to interpret it. The write-up should be approximately 750 words (three pages), and a copy of the article should be scanned into the same document. Concepts should appear in bold. Topic and applied concepts should come from the session prior to the due date. Due date appear in the Course Schedule. Due dates appear in the Course Schedule. An example is posted in ER.
