Final Project Report
Due Week 7 – Course Project: The Final Report This week is when we put it all together. Students will incorporate the rough drafts of the IMC plan and individual campaigns, as well as any feedback, and revise, edit, and proofread a final report. References for content and artwork WILL be provided in the APA format (see the syllabus for details on how). Red items under the required sections indicate completely new sections or needing updated/evolved/new content for your final report. Be sure to REVISE your past incorporated work, based on the feedback given for each past assignment (i.e. IMC plan, Ad campaign, Direct Marketing campaign, etc...). You will be graded on both your new material and for properly addressing the feedback given for each past assignment (if applicable). REQUIRED Sections:
Cover page - (& table of contents)
Executive summary - (a brief summary covering all of your individual plans)
Introduction - (an introduction to the business, with components ranging from it's history, current situation, problems, and future goals)
IMC plan
Advertising campaign
Internet marketing campaign
Direct marketing campaign
Sales promotion campaign
Public relations campaign
Overview of the recommended program and a final Comprehensive Budget (include a brief review of your overall specific IMC program efforts, followed by a total itemized list for a stated total budget)
Conclusions - (i.e. your final thoughts, conclusions, expectations, and so on about you total IMC plan)

Important Grading Notes/Requirements: - Given the variation between student projects, a specific page length is not required, but these reports typically range between 18-40 pages in total. If you final report is less than 20 pages, take great care to ensure that you have met each of the above requirements as this may be a sign that you haven't covered the all of the sections or done so sufficiently. - Be sure to subtitle each required sections in your paper by each of the above listed requirements (i.e. executive summary, introduction, each promo mix, overview, budget, etc...). - Refer to the Assignment Details Class Announcement as well as the 410 MKTG supplements in Doc Sharing for additional support and guidance on meeting the assignment requirements. Seriously consider reading DH 410 Presentation Skills in Marketing.docx in Doc Sharing to help you with properly writing reports for this class. - Points will be awarded based on your ability to comprehensively address each of the required sections in your final report as well as your ability to write a professional appearing report which is free from grammar and spelling errors and, properly cited sources for applicable content and artwork.
