This Case 6-2, A & M Records, Inc. vs. Napster, Inc. is located on page 143-144 in your textbook. This case provides clarification on the doctrine of fair use with regards to online music trading. A & M Records, Inc., sued Napster, claiming that Napster was violating the copyright of certain companies and musicians.
