Budget Proposal
SEC/371
Intro
Apex is a large company with over 300 employees. Large co0mpanies need to ensure that their security measures are up to date and capable of protecting the whole company effectively. With a possible terrorist plan in the works to attack or infiltrate a munitions facility in the US it was important to readdress the current security measures and update as needed. This is a case where ignoring the risk at hand can be detrimental to the company. Any part of the security budget spent needs to be beneficial in the long run and ensure that we would be protected from potential risks.

Emergent threat priority
Salary and operating increases or decreases
The cost increases are as a result of the increased risk of a terrorist attack or infiltration on US munitions companies. The risk cannot be ignored. The information from the FBI is reliable and if ignored would be disastrous. The cost benefits of these five upgrades greatly outweigh the risks of not having them in place.

There will be nine cameras with infrared technology to monitor the facility. The fencing will reduce the risk of unauthorized persons entering through other areas besides the main entrance. Biometrics will ensure that the employees entering and exiting are noted, the biometrics works with the existing system in place. The additional officers will save the company money by not paying overtime. The security officers can overlap their time so that there is not a gap in the scheduling.
