4. (0.5 points) If you were able to use PubMed MeSH terms, list them here. If there were not any useful MeSH terms, put “none” here.

5. (0.5 points) Did you use any databases or sources other than PubMed? If so list them here. If you did not search any other databases put “none” here.

7. (0.5 points) What limits, if any, did you put on your search? Why did you use the limits?

8. (0.5 points) The goal of this search is to find three (3) FULL LENGTH articles that relate to your PICO question (abstracts are not acceptable). Approximately how long did it take to complete your search and identify three articles?

9. (6 points, 2 points for each correct type of study) SUBMIT the three full length articles to Blackboard for review by Dr. Wheater and Prof. Okolisan.

· Literature reviews will be returned and 2 points will be deducted. Students will be asked to find an appropriate article in place of the literature review.

· Links to articles are not acceptable and 2 points will be deducted for each link. Students will be asked to find another article.

· Abstracts only are not acceptable and 2 points will be deducted for each abstract. Students will be asked to find a full-length article.

Before submitting the three articles if you have any questions or concerns see Dr Wheater or Ms Okolisan
