Purpose of Assignment
The purpose of this assignment is to develop a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), which allows a project manager to accurately track budget, time, resources, and other elements of project management. It is also a vital tool in reporting project status to stakeholders. It is important for you to understand how to accurately report information at any given time and how to develop a WBS for any project you may come into contact with when in the workforce.
