Business Application Delivery Manager (Project Manager) Improves business processes and supports critical business strategies by managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of business applications systems. Leads multiple projects and oversees developers to ensure that specifications are met. Requires a bachelor’s degree in area of specialty and at least 8-10 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to top management.

Business System Analyst-Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others

Developer-Develops new and changing functionality for the project. Will participate in the design and implementation phases of the project.

Quality Assurance Tester-Tests the application in a separate, non-production environment, to ensure all changes are bug free and ready for use by the public/end users. Will participate in the testing phase of this project.

Hardware Support manager-Responsible for managing purchasing, set up and implementation for both production and test environments. Will participate in the design, development, implementation and maintenance phases of the project.

Release Manager-Coordinates with the development team to ensure each release milestone is met on time and with great accuracy. Responsible for documenting the system changes and functionality. Will participate in the design, development phase of the project.

Trainer-Creates user documentation and training curriculum to deliver to the users prior to implementation
