Justification of Platforms and their Conventions
Easy online identification important.
Social media creates more awareness about personal brand.
The target audience is easily reached.
Facebook and twitter helps in sharing more with audience.
One of the platforms of my brand is to make people find me easily. This is the fastest way that identifies me with the people. Through the use of my picture and personal profile, I would have created a personal image with the members of the public. This is online and would help in creating many followers and eventually lots of potential clients. Secondly, the use of social media sites will help create more awareness about me and my position and would help in creating positive relationships with other people.
The first platform of using online personal profile with my picture would be essential in reaching my target audience easily. This is because people the target audience would start viewing my profile and understand my capabilities. Secondly, the use of social media would be through Facebook and twitter. Such a platform would help me get into contact with the potential target audience and share with them different things, (Frischmann, 2014). It would help in changing certain areas for the better.

Taking advantage of platforms’ benefits and issues considered when Adding Curated Content
Challenges usually act as opportunities.
Criticisms help in strengthening personal brands.
Going to exact point in social media.
Alignment of individual goals with public’s interest important in curating content.
Curating creates easy reach to profile.
Different platforms usually have their challenges. However, I took such challenges as my opportunities. Firstly, creation of new relationships is always challenging. However, I took it positively and accepted those who despised me as well as those who criticized me. Critics are usually helpful in creating stronger personal brands since they show one his/her weaknesses. Secondly, I took advantage of the challenging social media sites to communicate only what concerns me and not go into details about other useless things that members of the public might have created. As such, I was able to brand myself better.
Concisely, curation is not for everybody since there are different issues to consider in such a process. In curating my content, I looked at the dominance of my publication in the market and alignment of my topic with that of the interest of the public. The original content might not necessary be fully in line with the audience’s interests. However, the curated content helped in making my topic to be in line with the needs of the target audience, (Bhaskar, 2016). Secondly, it creates a go-to feed for the audience members who are interested in my topic and service.

Curated and Authentic Content and Justification for their Inclusion
Sharing third party content tests audience’s interest in topic.
Toleration of only branded content validates personal messages.
Integrating personalized marketing promotes personal brand.
Curating content creates more weight and advantages for personal brands. One of the content is sharing third-party content that helps to test the interest of audience in certain topics. Secondly, tolerating only branded content helps to validate own-personal message that is not out of topic thereby making the brand gain more respect. Moreover, integration of super personalized marketing into my strategy would help to make the audience feel at ease as they would have the feeling of being listened to.
The inclusion of authentic and curated content in the personal brand helps in creating authentic and clear marketing content. Personalized marketing may make a client connect to an individual and they would likely promote the brand. It is also essential for standing away from the crowd and speak specifically about what concerns the personal brand, (Bhaskar, 2016). Moreover, they helps primarily on content marketing.
