My Long-Term goal is to ensure that weight loss is achieved on my body through the change of strategies in terms of my behavior. It will also focus on then dietary and the physical challenge activities that ought to be maintained all the time. As a major risk factor, the availability of Cardiovascular diseases has increased the spending of the nation and ought to be maintained within the set mandate of performance. As an individual I will ensure that there is a reduction in the intake of food while increasing the physical activities hence achieving the set weight loss goals for long term control purposes. My short-term goal for this week is to ensure that the intake of food based on the given diet is well taken care of. It is important to provide different approaches that will utilize the set goals for that week. The enhancement of what should be done should thus be essential in outlining diversified approaches and mentality within the given set up and mechanism (Trudeau, 2007).
When working on my diet, one of the most effective resource I used was the gym. Waking up every day and having a morning Jog also helped me in increasing the weight loss goals. Lack of money at some time was an obstacle that I experienced when tackling the issue of weight loss. Being positive in whatever I was doing increased the urge of maintaining my health status all the time thus being able to overcome the obstacles. With the struggle of losing weight I still lack the consistence level that has influenced the needed resources for the purpose of improving and enhancing the correct output. I have strictly resolved to always check on the food I consume to provide the needed approach thus maintaining all the body shape and weight required. My short-term S.M.A.R.T. goal for next week will be ensuring that the increased intake of fruits is initiated in my diet (McAleer, 2014).
