Introduction
Being chosen and designated as the Project Manager, the main objective or reason for this paper
is to mainly choose and portray a project from different points of view. These include
characterizing the date I begun and finished my project, having a defined and particular
deliverable, project that is associated with a progression of exercises that ought to be done
keeping in mind the end goal to finish the project, require resources i.e. materials, individuals
and so forth with a specific end goal to finish the work.
Project management is an important branch of science that guarantees that the desired goals and
objectives are achieved on time in good quality and planned way. Similarly, this project is linked
to an online site for fashion designer and boutique company, Myra Fashion. The site will be
launched first in the United States, and then with time it will be extended to other countries in the
world, all this will be achieved in less than one year (Field, Keller, & Open University 1998).).
Project Goals and Objectives
It is exceedingly essential for any project to have a well-defined set of goals and objective which
should be specific to that project before it starts. Moreover, this project has many objectives and
goals but I will only list three goals and three objectives this includes.
The three objectives include, To have an online presence for the boutique (Myra Fashion) by
end of this month, this will enable online customers to purchase from our stores. Second is to
advertise my website to be well known all over the United States, this will help to widen our
markets and lastly is to offer different products and an extensive variety of items to the
customers.

The main objective includes to have more registered clients, more than ten thousand by the end
of December 2016. Second is to have the best client service and support choice and lastly is to
make the website a true and genuine shopping experience for our customers.
Key Customers and Key Stakeholders
Each project or an action has a particular set of clients and partners who are indirectly or directly
connected with the project (Maylor, 2010). Also, the main clients for Myra Fashion website
development include:
Shoppers and end clients
Men of all ages, either young or old people
All those people who like to shop online and opposed to going to the stores
Likewise, the primary partners will include:
Company's senior administration and initiative
Financers
Media and distributors
PR organization

necessity, second is to development of high-level structure and lastly is to launch a beta version

Development of a high state structure dateline is December 20, 2016
Finalization of website coding and other required technique dateline is January 21, 2017

Start of the site website dateline is February 15, 2017
Testing of the site dateline is March 10, 2017
Launch of a beta variant dateline is April 15, 2017

Project’s overall Cost and Resources

and in additionally getting all the required licenses for its launch. Different prerequisites for the
project includes hiring the appropriate technical resources that could help with the improvement

issues. Also, the greatest challenge for this project includes settling the need and prerequisite and
