Your submission should have included a fully developed use case description (see Figure 5.3), an activity diagram, a System Sequence Diagram (SSD) based on one use case from our case study Community Patient Portal System Part 1 and Community Patient Portal System Part 2. You will also develop one state diagram for a single class in the CPPS case study. For reference you should also include your class diagram from Assignment 2.

1.1 Develop diagrams for the “Make an Appointment” use case.
1.1.1 Your submission should have included a fully developed use case description for the “Make an Appointment” use case using Figure5-3, o p. 124 for the format. Good except that your activities need to be numbered so we know the sequence they are performed!
1.1.2 Your submission should have included a UML activity diagram for the “Make an Appointment” use case using the detailed use case description created above. You did not submit the activity diagram!
1.1.3 Your submission should have included a UML SSD for the “Make an Appointment” use case the using the detailed steps in the use case description and/or activity diagram developed above. It should follow the examples on pp. 131, 133. This is not an SSD for Make appointment! It should follow your use case steps and activity diagram.
1.1.4 Your submission should have included your class diagram from Assignment 2 for reference. You did not include your previous class diagram and list of attributes!
1.1.5 Your submission should have included a state diagram for the Appointment class. The state diagram shows the various states an object can be in and the events that cause the object to change state. For an Appointment the states might be Requested, Scheduled, Completed, Canceled. Your submission did not include a state diagram.
2. Organization (easy to read and follow, etc.) Good organization!
3. Format (appropriate citations/references in APA format)
4. Grammar, Punctuation & Spelling (rules of grammar, punctuation, and spelling followed). Good!
