And when you choose to use something like this, what 0:16 would it look like? So, we sometimes look at hierarchies where we have a CEO at 0:22 the top, and we have our managers, and there's the bar lines, or some people call 0:26 them wire graphs, and everyone reports to somebody, and we have a pyramid. Some people 0:31 talk about servant leadership where the CEO is at the bottom and the pyramid 0:35 goes up to the actual workers themselves. So there's different formats. There's 0:40 also one called a matrix structure, and it looks very similar to a 0:45 graph, and you might want to look that up and research it a little bit more. But 0:50 the key here is how would you make it look like, you know, what would it look like? 0:53 How would things, how would people, report to people? What are some of the advantages and 0:58 disadvantages? So for example, we say, well I want to set this metric up, how do we 1:04 sit there and ensure that some of the negatives don't ensue afterwards? So when 1:10 looking at this discussion take it from the perspective that you're a CEO, and 1:15 some people say why I've never been a CEO, then take it from our standpoint of 1:18 being a leader and looking at how you would want your organization set up.
