Dear Brentwood:
We are facing an important issue with the cast member players and their customs. This issue may cost us many future problems that reduce our players out come as well as cost us more expenses because we pay more than the average amount for fixing. Also, we have got a lot of compliments from our cast member players that say this customs causing them to sweat more profusely and constantly ripping or becoming discolored. In addition to that, we have noticed some complaints from our visitors because a certain cast member was not out to take photographs. Replacing this costumes with the new one’s will reduce our time and money as well as it will satisfy our customers with the best services. As you will see down, I have done some calculation which shows we are overpaid for fixing these customs. To present this issue clearly, I have done some calculation that we are facing it each month and it concludes we are overpaid for this costumes. Each point will represent the cost. Comment by Eric: passive voice
· Each month ten costumes are sent out to a private manufacturer to repair rips, or replace the discolored fabric.
· Each one of these customs cost Disneyland $200 to fix, per costume.
· As well as we pay $100 shipping fee, per costume.
As you see, we pay every month $2,000 for all fixed customs plus $1,000 for shipping fee. About $5,000 we are paying every month plus dissatisfaction from our customers and complaining from our member players which sometimes we put them in a bad situation with our customers.
As you will see here, there is the best deal from a custom firm which will save us time money and increase the satisfaction again among our customers as well as custom players. Each costume will cost $5000, and we should buy the double of the regular amount which is 20 character costumes to avoid any future inconvenience. As you see here 100,000 will rebuild the trust between the cast players and our customers as well as save us time money and encourage our customers to advertise on behalf of us. Finally, I want to mention that all ten costumes are outdated and its depreciation amount fully paid.
Sincerely,
