Business ethics or morals (Vilcox & Mohan, 2007) refers to contemporary benchmarks or sets of qualities that administer the activities and conduct of a person in the business organization. It ensures that a specific required level of trust exists amongst purchasers and different types of market members with business organizations. For instance, a portfolio administrator must give a similar thought to the arrangement of relatives and little individual financial specialists or investors. Such practices guarantee that the general public gets reasonable treatment. The idea of business morals emerged in the 1960s as organizations turned out to be more mindful of a rising buyer based society that indicated concerns with respect to nature, social causes, and corporate duty. Business morals go past only an ethical code of good and bad; it endeavors to accommodate what organizations must do legitimately as opposed to keeping up an upper hand over different organizations. Firms show business morals in a few ways. The moral or ethical problem occurs when business partners or competitors start to engage in activities that lead them to a problem.

Moral Standards is setting the limits that human beings are precious and should not in any way be mistreated. For instance, human rights should be protected and uphold to ensure that every human being enjoys life and is not threaten from all hurt and harm in our society. Throughout America we see slavery is inhumane and leads to suffering of people even through companies with negative reputation that gives employees a sense of bad treatment. Nowadays, Humans are to products to be traded on while the government hasn’t done much to stop human slavery in Sudan by ensuring that people in the region are well protected. One moral problem in America that we do see is happening is Sex trafficking which (Kara, 2009) involves sexual slavery and human trafficking. The two perspectives speak to the free market activity side of the sex trafficking industry, separately. This misuse and over-exploitation depend on the communication between the traffickers offering a casualty (the individual being trafficked and sexually abused) to clients to perform sexual services. Throughout the world today, sex trafficking violations are characterized by three stages: securing, development, and exploitation. The different sorts of sex trafficking are kid sex tourism (CST), household minor sex trafficking (DMST) or business sexual misuse of youngsters, and prostitution. As a result of this ethical issues, a generation is raised whose dignity and self-esteem is greatly lowered. HIV is another moral problem affecting the current world, people have been and are still dying because of the chronic disease. The disease is causing the world to be poor day in day out, this is because the disease is mostly affected the young people who drive the economy of most counter’s a result of these, labor shortage has been experienced in the globally.

Evaluating Ethical Duties Functions for our environment can often overlap with any business, medical, morality of animal experimentation, social concern or Economic restriction. And according to a well-known ethic expert British philosopher W.D. Ross and the research website www.iep.utm.edu, Ross created his fourth duty-based theory which emphasizes concern key elements on moral problems and along with understanding ethical duties functions that between actions that is right, Ross’s system of ethics, originally set forth in his classic work The Right and the Good (1930) and then revised and supplemented by a later, more methodical, more analytical presentation in Foundations of Ethics (1939), combines elements and insights from several earlier moral theories and philosophical traditions. According to Ross list of ethical duties functions, we can learn that our situation will change once we learn between conflicting the below ethical duties:

· Fidelity: the duty to keep promises

· Reparation: the duty to compensate others when we harm them

· Gratitude: the duty to thank those who help us

· Justice: the duty to recognize merit

· Beneficence: the duty to improve the conditions of others

· Self-improvement: the duty to improve our virtue and intelligence

· Nonmaleficence: the duty to not injure others

The solution of these moral problems lies within each of us, it is upon us to work together to fight the menace. We should be ready to aim towards fighting problems that are harming to others, human rights, and those rights that are legally denied throughout America especially among the young people, for the adults, the government should ensure that those involving themselves in the act face the full force of the law. Today, we see from child obesity and cutting edge healthcare barely benefitting due to low food prices that are unhealthy to sustain us. More funds and campaign awareness should be conducted more so in the developing world where the infection rate of the disease among the youth is rising.

Conclusion

There is a need for the moral problems to be taken seriously by all organization, a SWOT analysis should be conducted to ensure that its strengths and weaknesses are identified. Weaknesses will call for the organization(s) to improve by ensuring that all ethical issues are addressed.
