Instruction:

The Future school has decided that it require a web site. Your job is to design a web site for the school that should follow the following guidelines:

1. You are requested to create a comprehensive website for Future school. The pages on this site should all have a small logo in the top left hand corner of the page, and the contact information at the foot of each page. The home page should have a link to these other pages:

· Board: The names of the school board and their roles (Chair, Vice chair, member)

· About: Mission / Vision / Values

· Admission: Admission requirements and registration form

· Activities: After school activities, including swimming, music, basketball, and computer

· Contact: Contact information

All pages should use consistent formatting styles.

2. Use external style sheet for the styling of the webpage.

3. Make the site more dynamic by using JavaScript (i.e. personalized welcome, rollover buttons for all the main links etc.).

4. Add a form that allow a new students to register on-line (under admission section), the form should include the following fields and the form will be sent to your email address upon submission (hints=use mailto for form action):

· First Name

· Last Name

· Gender (Male / Female)

· Age

· Current Grade (Drop down list: PK4, PK3, KG, One, Tow, Three, Four, Five, Six)

· Address

· E-mail

· Phone

· Personal statement (text area)

5. The student should be able to book activities on-line. Your site should display a weekly schedule for each activity that includes the number of places available and the instructor at each session. Users should enter their names into a form along with the details of time and activity.
