A clinical Organizational Chart for ABC Clinic

The ABC Clinic’s organizational hierarchy as appraised on 23 November 2016 begins

from the chief Executive Officer. The CEO is topmost official in charge of the entire operations

of the organization. Directly under the CEO are four significant positions that form the main

pillars of the organization (Drucker, 2013). These include the Adminsitrative wing,, the Human

Resource wing, the Technical wing as well as the Finace department. Each department has line

relationshp tha extends to the fourth level ranging from the head of department down to the staff.

the lowest cadre in the system (Proctor, 2014). The tops cadres have a lateral relationship which

ties them together with the senior most management that is precided over by the CEO. This kind

of relationship allows smooth coordination between cadres of distinct department to avert

friction. Is also promotes harmonious sharing and utilization of the organizational resources to

optimize productivity. This organizational can be adjusted any time by the administration when

need arises.

We are committed to promoting healthier communities through the provision of high

quality care together with programs to our esteemed patients, to set the requisite public standards

of health care that surpasses the expectations of patients.

ABC Clinic’s Vision Statement

We intend to revamp the healthcare practice via a culture of high quality, safety,

compassionate health care, innovation, and service delivery to a level of being acknowledged by

the employers, patients, practitioners, volunteers, and the public as an outstanding health facility

to realize the best place of work, health care services, and the great environment for practicing

medicine.
