A. Introduction
For the purpose of this study, Mobile Learning and Virtual and Remote factories were selected, the educational use of technology have shown the most promise over the years. This is a huge boost to busy working students. Both Mobile learning and Virtual Remote factories are ubiquitous which makes them the hottest trends in Corporate Learning. This is because learning takes place across multiple contexts, through social and content network interactions using Personal Electronic Devices. In Distance Learning, M- learners use mobile device education technology at their time and convenience.
B. The Swot Analysis
From an earlier scenario, a final year student about to take examinations is offered a well – paying job in a big Organizations and thus is slapped with a dilemma of selecting the best option. This would easily be solved if he can work as well as continue pursuing his education. Mobile Learning and Virtual Remote factories enable students to undertake Distance Education while still pursuing their careers. The Flip classroom is a clear reflection that online learning can be a powerful tool to educators who are inspired to do the best by their students.
Both technologies engage educators with students through gathering of feedback. The growing adaption of online teachers calls for making an effort to build classroom interaction into the digital classroom. According to Elias(2011), the flip classroom has created more opportunities for educators to interact with learners through the Electronic Devices, for example, mobile phones, laptops, tablets and others, this creates an opportunity to enhance engagement and improve

learning outcomes. It is further notable that, engaging with students and gathering of feedback are two benefits of technology in the classroom and Student Response Systems.
The first strength of using these technologies in education is that, they enable students to replace the cumbersome educational resources for example textbooks with light soft wares and easy to carry. A student can access all the information they require from a single mobile phone, laptop or tablet as compared to very many books he or she will require to gather all the information he needs. These interactive and multi – mode technology allows students to engage in and manipulate information. A wide range of information is available opposed to what a single author in a single textbook will be able to say. Needless to say the students who use these devices have more access to information and different angles of the same information by different authors. This also means that the students are more knowledgeable.
In addition to this, access to classroom activities and information on mobile devices provide a continuum for learning inside and outside the classroom. Use of Mobile Learning and Virtual and Remote factories can be useful in distance learning. Like Crampton. (2013), would say, ‘Distance is not a barrier’. Information can be sent through text SMS, for long distant students or those students who are highly mobile due to the demands on their courses. This is used to communicate examination results venue changes and cancellations. Gone are the days when students would walk into the lecture hall and wait for that minutes before concluding that the lecturer will not be in. it saves time and avoids inconveniences. Students also, do not need to queue in front of the University notice - boards to get know their results.

Mobile Device features with WI FI capabilities allow for on – demand access to information. This provides for easy access to information especially to students conducting research on various topics. Furthermore students can enhance their learning by use of podcasting. This consists of
Listening to audio recordings of lectures. This is used to review lectures and give students an opportunity to rehearse oral presentations. Psychological research suggests that university students who download podcast lectures achieve substantially higher exam results than those who attend lectures in person. This is because the student can hear the lecture over and over. Moreover, the teaching factory which comprises of the industrial project and relevant educational approach and the necessary configuration for the facilitation of integration between industry and academia.
The biggest opportunity these technologies have is that it is the future trend. According to Mavrikios (2011), recent virtual studies have pointed out the urgent need for future engineers and knowledge workers to adopt teaching curricula in order to be prepared to cope with increasing demands in education.
However its major weakness is that it is expensive and not everyone has access to electronic devices that they can use to access information or otherwise. The only threat is the fact that like other technologies it can become obsolete in the face of other emerging trends thus producing new ideas, ways and technologies.
C Timeline for the Project Development and Implementation
Having seen the importance of Mobile learning and Virtual Remote factories, I would recommend a three year implementation plan in our university. The university would require to buy every user

an electronic device, install facilities for Virtual Remote factories as well as be in collaboration with specific factories and industries to enable use. This would make the project a success. University staff especially educators will be in charge of implementing the technologies. They therefore need to go for an intensive training of a proposed three months but this can be extended depending on specific needs. The project then should be tested on first years in the first year of implementation then spread to the other tears over the time.
D Summary and Recommendation
In a nut shell, Mobile Learning and Virtual Remote factories should be adopted by all institutions who want to take learning to a higher level. Students ought to reduce the cumbersome learning resources and settle for these technologies, which assure compact available information on all aspects of life.
Moreover, there is need to enable students access information on demand and also use podcasts for better results. This will actually take education to another level and produce people with required knowledge and confidences.
To underscore this is the integration of science subjects with Virtual Remote factories, to be taught even in the industries, for relevance, leading to people who are well matched with the job market.
For recommendations I would say,
1 further research ought to be carried out to come up with many soft wares and tools to be used by tutors and students for implementation.
