Dear Mrs. Jennifer,

I recently bought an Aquafina water bottle from the store that you were working at for

$1.75. At first I though it was quite expensive for water, but still went through with the

purchase since I was extremely thirsty. I am disappointed to say that the water I have

purchased is not what I expected. I expected it to taste like how any cold water would on

a hot day, but it did not. I have gone to your store multiple times and the qualities of

purchases have always been excellent, but this time it was not.

I expect the store to always have the best items possible, because of the amount of

customers that the store gets on a daily basis. Because of the water either not being cold

enough or the water being faulty I would like my money back and free water whenever I

want to compensate for you not giving me what I wanted. If you cannot give me what I

want then I will be forced to visit different stores to get what I want.

Dear Mr. Lundgren,

I’m writing you to share my experiences with you regarding your company’s products

and services. I find myself choosing Macy’s over any other department store because I

hear about it more often. The use of advertisements, coupons and sales motivate me to

shop on special occasions. Also, the size of your company and the amount of years

you’ve been open make me trust it more.

Last time I was there, I had bought some dresses and some other shirts that I still enjoy

wearing. One of them was a red and black shirt that was made of nice material. I tried it

on and I was really happy with it and how it made me look. Unfortunately, when I wore it

out with my backpack on, I noticed that the red had come off on everything the shirt had

touched. My backpack, my pants and even my hands were covered in a powder that was

hard to rub off. This occurred before I had washed it so it made me wonder if all the

shirts sold of that type were the same or just that shirt solely.

Unfortunately, when I had first worn it out and realized the issue, it was too late to get

compensation. I don’t necessarily wish to return it for something else but rather, be

replaced by the same shirt that is of better quality. It is of my understanding that your

policy is to help provide the best service for your customers so they would have the best

experience possible. Knowing that I can continue to receive merchandise in excellent

condition would leave me in a great state of mind. It would be great to hear back from

you in the near future concerning my request. Please call me at 555-555-555 whenever it

is most convenient.
