• Improve my communication skills with a variety of people by working in teams and handling customers.

The necessary skills needed to complete the job neatly to precision include; Microsoft Excel knowledge-ability, that is, data entry and analysis, using the internet to research about the clients and ensuring you have all the information needed about them, and communication skills especially when it comes to both customers and co-workers.
